(Transportation-News.com, November 10, 2014 ) Las Vegas, NV -- Jeff Bowen's company Rougaroo has this week announced the launch of an Eco-friendly line of car care products, made without environmentally harmful chemicals. Bowen was quick to pull his rivals apart, and said... "If you just take a look at the ingredients in other products, you will begin to see a long list of nasty, harmful chemicals. Rougaroo has decided to do things differently in an industry already saturated with non-Eco-friendly car cleaners and waxes." The Rougaroo owner says their car care products are still tough on dirt, despite its non-toxic formula, and can be also used on boats, RVs, and off-road vehicles.
When reporters asked how he came up with the idea of Rougaroo, founder Jeff Bowen said... "After so many years of having to clean my own cars, I soon realized that the grass began to die a few days later. It wasn't long before I understood that the grass was being killed by the chemicals in the cleaning products, which made me think what else could be harmed by the product's chemicals. I then began to do some research about the problem, quickly seeing that most washes and other products are not even allowed to be sold in Europe due to the harmful chemicals. Anyway, over time I also found out that the chemicals can also fade the clear-coat on the car itself. He added... "I just wanted to develop a line of cleaning products that were safe for cars and the environment, but also a line that provided a world class clean!"
Nevada based accessory company co-owner, Mr Neil Speight says he's very impressed with Bowen's idea, saying... "It's about time somebody came up with a natural alternative for cleaning cars, so I hope it goes well for Jeff." He continued... "My teenager daughter suddenly asked me the other day... What is a Rougaroo? I obviously didn't know, but then discovered it to be an ancient werewolf from Cajun folklore, meant as a cautionary tale for young children who misbehave." We also discovered the new range of Rougaroo car care products, but in this case the Rougaroo cautionary tale is regarding the environment."
Mr Speight said that he would back any product which left a zero impact on the environment, adding..
