The Company offered 22 million shares during the IPO at $15 per share, falling short of the anticipated range of $16 and $18. Representatives of the underwriter included J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc.
“The Company benefits from legislative action that substantially cuts income tax obligations, including $120 million carry-forward that expire between the years 2020 and 2027, and $95 million in tax credits through 2028. Management believes that favorable tax legislation of the industry will continue through to at least 2028.”
