 (EMAILWIRE.COM, October 29, 2011 ) New York, NY -- Sly Cooper Thieves in Time is SonyÂ’s upcoming sequel to the Sly Cooper game series. The game was officially announced at the 2011 E3 Sony Press Conference on June 6th. The announcement was accompanied by the gameÂ’s teaser trailer. Sly Cooper Thieves in Time is developed by Sanzaru Games, which is unlike the Sly games before that were developed by Sucker Punch Productions.
All the voice actors of the Cooper Gang’s before will still voice their respective characters in this Sly Cooper Thieves in Time game, which was formerly known as “Sly 4.” Sony confirmed the reappearance of “Clue Bottles” and “Coins.” There are also costumes that players can use to help a character responds to attacks. The game also includes secret areas that Sly needs to reach as well as bosses to fight.
The game has the “Safe House” with new features including a “treasure wall,” where it displays the treasures that the player has acquired during the game from various challenges. And there’s a “costume gallery,” where it showcases the costumes that the player has gathered. The Sly Cooper Thieves in Time release date is on December 31, 2011, and it is exclusively for the Playstation 3.
