AirphilÂ’s Bombardier Q400 Turboprop is being geared up to serve the Cebu to Dumaguete route starting March of this year. The Airphil Express flight will leave Cebu at 10:10 AM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It will then leave Dumaguete heading back for Cebu at noon.
