Nobac machines enable a full range of labeling formats to suit various product requirements. They utilize board, paper and synthetic substrates which further enhances their flexibility.
The majority of RavenwoodÂ’s systems can be fitted with optional thermal transfer overprinters from a range of manufacturers. These print at the point of application, minimizing wasteful printed labels on changeovers. In addition to sleeving fixed-weight product there is the option of linking them to weigh scales from a range of manufacturers for variable-weight product as well as check-weighing.
Ravenwood Packaging also sells and distributes the comac 500 coating machine. This machine is specifically designed to efficiently manufacture linerless labels and surreys to the correct specification required for nobac applicators. The comac 500 is constructed to a very high standard, it is designed to take printed master reels and make them ready for use on a nobac applicator.
The coater is of a modular construction allowing the application of multiple release and adhesive lines. This also alllows additional features to be added at a later date.
