The Screaming Banshee is an electric air horn that connects into the existing horn system on most motorcycles and scooters. A prolonged depression of the horn button (over 0.2 seconds) activates the electric air horn, which then emits a pulsing sound rated at approximately 130 decibels. This volume is louder than most sirens, and is designed to get the attention of other drivers on the road. When hooked into the motorcycle's horn and electrical system the Screaming Banshee will also flash the high beams, adding a visual component to the emergency system.
