• Waiver Programs through State and county government organizations:
o Ohio Home Care Waiver: Eligible participants 59 or younger can receive adaptive equipment and supplemental transportation needs up to a certain dollar amount. Currently a waiting list exists for this program.
o Level One Waiver: Eligible participants can be any age and provides environmental accessibility and adaptations and transportation services up to a certain dollar amount.
o Individual Options Waiver: Similar to the Level One Waiver requirements but with more options to meet the individualÂ’s needs, up to a certain dollar amount. Currently a waiting list exists for this program.
Additional funding programs are available through the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation, the Bureau of Workers Compensation and the Veterans Administration.
