It is a digital tire pressure gauge that measures up to 150 PSI in .5 increments. Usable for a wide range of tires from the low pressure ATV to the large trailer tires. The display stays on for 90 seconds and the LCD back-light stays lighted for 20 seconds then shuts off to save the batteries. It uses 2 AAA batteries which are accessed without tools.
Second, it is an LED flashlight. Along with this white LED light is another switch which turns on a small red LED light which aims directly at the tire's valve stem when you go to check the pressure. This could be handy in poor light conditions.
Next are two emergency vehicle escape tools. There is a recessed, razor sharp blade which slices through a seat belt. This blade has a guard around it so it will not cut a finger, but easily cuts a tangled or jammed seat belt so the person can escape a burning or sinking vehicle. The last item is a glass breaker to shatter the side window if it will not roll down and entrapment occurs. Power windows do not always operate after a collision and if the vehicle is submerged in water the electrical circuits may be shorted out. The window breaker punch folds away into the handle for safety, then with a push of a button it springs out in a locked position to be used as an emergency hammer to smash the side window for escaping the vehicle.
